What is the production lead time for products?
Due to our customized services, lead times vary depending on process complexity and cooperation models. Below are four typical scenarios for reference:
Mold development + shell production + raw material preparation + assembly & packaging + shipment
This is the most complete and longest end-to-end process. Lead time is usually 80–160 days, depending on product complexity and surface finishing. We highly recommend clients start the development process in advance.
Standard shell production + raw material preparation + assembly & packaging + shipment
Using ready-made standard shells can save mold development time. Lead time is typically 60–90 days, depending on product complexity and surface finishing.
Customer-provided shell containers/packaging materials + raw material preparation + assembly & packaging + shipment
This model mainly focuses on raw material preparation and product assembly. Lead time is usually 30–60 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any defects or non-compliance issues of customer-provided shells or packaging materials, including size, material, or durability. Any resulting issues must be borne by the client.
Customer-provided raw materials + shell production + assembly & packaging + shipment
This model mainly focuses on shell production and product assembly. Lead time is usually 30–60 days, depending on shell complexity and surface finishing. Please note that we are not responsible for the quality, stability, or any subsequent issues of customer-provided raw materials. If the raw materials cause product anomalies, the client assumes all related responsibility.
